Examples of brake pads, friction pads and clutch facing

Our brake pads, friction pads and clutch facing (for example a slip clutch) are produced entirely in accordance with your wishes and requirements and we are able to use hundreds of different types of friction materials to find the right kind of friction and properties.

Examples of what we have done are:

• Brake pads bonded to the brake disc for an electromagnetic brake
• Moulded brake pads bonded to the brake back of a drum brake
• Brake arches, diameter 2000 mm, with bonded woven friction material
• Stamped friction pads, bonded to the clutch of a gearbox
• Hot-bonded clutch on stamped metal parts for electric motors
• Small plates with a diameter of 8 mm
• Friction pads for both passenger lifts and construction lifts
• Brake pads for vehicles generators and water turbines

We have customers all over the world

The need for friction solutions is a global matter and the number of applications large. We are one of few providers with adequate resources to address advanced friction problems.

We therefore have a very broad range of customers. It would probably be easier to name the areas we don’t have worked with over the years.

We have customers in most industries worldwide and have delivered both finished friction solutions and parts such as friction pads and clutch facing for a large number of machine and engine manufacturers, and large well-known companies within the automotive, forest and paper industry.
