Machining of brake pads and clutch facings

We have for many years, developed our own methods to process various types of friction materials such as brake pads and clutch facing.

In many cases, we use plates or strips which then are being mechanically processed to the dimensions of which our customers wishes.

For several years we have used water for processing our materials. Water cutting gives us many advantages over conventional processing. We can easily produce complex forms, achieving tight tolerances. In addition, we avoid the formation of dust that can arise in a different form of processing. But not least, we can conclude the method to be cost-rate competitive.
